GO Odf for Pinerolo Demo Sampleset by Pjotr Gabrowski

The front and rear samples are also loaded. On the Simple Screen, only the available (demo) tabs are displayed.

This Odf is based on a conversion of the original Hauptwerk-Odf with the help of the converter OdfEdit (https://github.com/GrandOrgue/ODFEdit).

The fixes and changes I've made include:

• The front and rear samples are also loaded.

• On the Simple Screen, only the available (demo) tabs are displayed.

• A master volume control (midi) is added in the settings menu.

• The minimum amplitude level has been corrected (0>1).

• The division of the manual for "Gedäckt 8" into bass and treble has been restored
